Thoughts?

I would actually take SK ahead of the other 3...

Would the Elliott team have ended up being that bad? ...in 2014 only +/- 15 out of the eight, 2013 2 points away from finals footy?

Bluey would be the worst
SK and Cappy about equal although cappy had a worse team.
Elliot maybe the best.

With Bluey there was a unrealistic expectation that as an ex Kiwi coach and successful ESL coach it would translate to success in the NRL.

Elliot was a confident type of character and many say to complex for the Warriors.

Watson seemed to have a lot of faith in Cappy but success didn't follow him.

Where as SK with his connections was suppose to bring back homesick Kiwi players. His apprenticeships under two master coaches was suppose to serve us well.

None of the above mentioned were or are successful at club level in the NRL.

Anderson probably was our best coach and Ivan if he stayed could have been. Just remember the year all three teams were in the final under Ivan, now that's no mean feat.

Sadly a long way from where we are currently.

He did though.

Blair, Kodi, Beale, Hiku, Ah Mau

I thought he did well in luring kiwis back home ...

One has to look at win percentage IMO and my rankings are (in reverse order for worst i.e. Bluey, Sk, Cappy, Elliott):
Elliott had 45% at the Warriors, 45% Raiders 43% at Penrith plus 69% at Bradford
Cappy had 45% at the Warriors
SK has 43% at the Warriors and 24% at the Eels plus Kiwis 55%
Bluey had 36% at the Warriors but 72% at Leeds plus Kiwis 36%

Some explanation behind those rankings:

Elliott had to deal with Watson and Owen Glenn, and had actually been asked by Glenn to develop a managers role with Cappy as coach, then he got sacked. He certainly wasn't a players favourite but.
Cappy and Bluey were terribly under resourced by Watson. Bluey should have demanded more resources before coming back, but then they might have stuck with Ivan, and he obviously wanted to come home.
SK was a better Kiwis coach, but Bluey didn't have Wayne Bennett helping...did he? Also SK is the best resourced Warriors coach of all time.

Conclusion...this club couldn't pick a decent management team if it tried. They had Ivan and Hart and really blew that. Elliott and Cappy might have worked well too, if they had been resourced.
To me, the figures suggest that neither SK or Bluey is an NRL coach, end of story.
When Graham Lowe said the club has to stop being nice to people and think about winning a comp, my guess is he means SK.

Bluey hands down. Gave them a soft off season and then picked an unfit Hurrell round 1. I still remember expecting KH to carve up and instead he spent much of the game doubled over catching his breath. I don't know of another coach who misunderstood the physical requirements of first grade

Round 1 Hurrell against Manly is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen

If I remember correctly a lot of people were excited about the Bluey appointment.
He had won the Super League title two years in a row with Leeds and had some success with NZ.

Was a huge disappointment after all the hype.

I wasn't one of them. I was as dumbfounded as the Blair signing, mind you I knew of Bluey from Fox.

How would have Bluey gone if he had the resources avaiable to SK?

How would Kemp and Iro rank?
