I'm not sure, but I doubt it. The home team would get the majority of the income, if not all.

From what Ive heard no we dont get gate takings from other clubs. We get a flat game fee and thats that.

International Rugby on the other hand has a system where both teams take a cut from the gate.

Well up until the huge crowd that turned out to watch the Broncos play us in the final round game we had the worst away crowd averages in the comp so there wouldn't be much money to claim even if we did get half. Our away average ended up being about 14,000 but before the Broncos game it was a pathetic 9,000 and something to go along with our home average which was the worst in the comp.

Irony is that if we were travelling well with no hiccups i.e. - loss of 4 points, our crowds would be in the top 5.

It'll happen again in 2007...
