General Warriors Dvd Is The History Of The Warriors

I bought the warroirs dvd last night at HMV, it only cost me $35 even do the DT advertised it for$49.95. The main section has an every year run down of the warriors from 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 & so on. So basicaly its a run down of every warriors year showing hignlights of all our big games. Gee i loved watching the 2002 bulldogs, cronulla & broncos highlights. Even watching the 2003 canberra game highlights was good. I also enjoyed watching all the old stars ripping it up, Ali, Motu & CO.I just wish that it had the full 80 min of our best games instead of only 5 min, but i guess they couldn't fit it in, oh well i'm very satisfied & reccomend it to every warriors fan!! Has anyone else bought it & has any comments Or opinions of the dvd??

Hard to say the only thing wrong with it, is that its not long enough. And would've liked 1 or 2 full game replays, espescially sharks & the bulldogs.

Its from 1995-2005. Basically the hightlights from every year. They did justice to stacey,in 2005 the Manly game was a fitting tribute.

Wow, there's a sigh of relief! If it had had 2004 as the last year, it would have been too depressing to watch, lol...

Yeah, I was hoping it covers our glory years between 2001-2003 and 2005. 2004 I can give or take. :?

2004 was the year of the chest slap and Manu's debut but apart from that pretty poor fare all around.

At least it shouldn't take up too much time on the DVD haha

They've done a good job in that regard, the better the year the longer the segment, so 2004 was probably 1 min long. i say probably cause i can't get myself to watch it, too many floggings, too much pain.

Yeah, it's good that they didn't dwell on years like that and have longer segments on years like 2002.

i've never seen it. I was a wee little 11 year old back then, couldn't go down the pub to watch it and honestly probably was watching thundercats or something when it was on tv
