Warriors chairman Maurice Kidd is refusing to budge despite calls for his resignation in the wake of the damning salary cap breach.
The breach could see the Warriors fined and docked up to six competition points - before the NRL season begins.
Kidd was chairman under the old regime where it occurred but says it would be premature to stand down.
The Warriors have been vilified in media coverage across the Tasman with headlines like "Shonky Isles" and "Code violaters get electric shock treatment" screaming out from the Sydney papers.
The questions are starting to be asked of the Warriors' apparent lack of knowledge of the salary cap breaches.
Former Warriors marketing manager Dean Lonergan has hit out saying if the club knew about the cap breach late last year, of course they would want the news to be kept quiet, to make sure it did not affect season ticket sales.
Lonergan says it is convenient to blame former CEO Mick Watson, and questions why he allowed to make any sort of alleged extra payments with the Warriors board watching on.
......................................................................
Like I said in the other thread those Australian papers can GO AND GET STUFFED!!!
As for what Lonergan said I don't think that anything about anyone going should happen until the full story is known and even if there is a board if you're the CEO there are ways to get around other people knowing or not letting them in on the full story
