No other way of saying it.

Hohaia,...That was absolutely the worse I have seen him play.
Sione,.....on the bench, ??? Our main ballplayer.
Rovelli,...had his chance but didnt make a good job of it. Short kicking game woeful.
Awen,...Missing in action
Louie....Win the ruck then range out wide
Wairangi...the same

Luck has to start...surely
Evarn surely has to start.

Thank god Ropati is back next week.

Hanging in there but Ivan has some big problems.

Yeah most of those guys went missing somewhat.

I think you're being a bit harsh on Hiho though. I thought he played ok for the short amount of time he was out there and was at least trying to spark something.. Gatis at dummy half was becoming too predictable, he really needs to run more when the opportunity arises.

Evarn was great again, he definitely deserves a starting spot.

Time to go back to the old drawing board and start all over again... 2 or 3 players giving it their all do not make a team. Everyone has to show up for that to happen. If I were Cleary the word TRAINING would take on a whole new meaning for those boys next week.

I'd add Fien to your list IMO.

He's a 27yr old halfback who had played SOO and finals footy.

It's his job to close games out when we have a 8pt lead with 10 to go.

Its not rocket science, kick for the corners and the sideline. But insted, we didnt get a kick in 4 or our last 6 sets with Fien knocking the ball on twice.

In contrast, the one set canberra have when they take their lead the ball is kicked long and dead and from the restart their d was set and closed us out of the game.

its just the same old inconsitecy...we had a couple good games against wests and knights and some woeful performances against eagles and raiders.

Nobody to take his place mate, not unless we take that fella from down your way.
I just started a thread about him.

Hohaia was disgraceful out there. I kept shouting out, "WAKE UP!" I thought it was a surething Canberra would get a steal from the play of the ball when Hohaia was at marker, he wasn't even watching half the play.

This team couldn't consistently win a root in a brothel. No attack, no structure, no composure.

We dont want to argue with you Ravs.We are just saying what we feel. And yes we do know a little bit about the game.
Like that referee. He did bloody well for his 12th game.
There, I said something nice.

Skinny - are you over 18?

If so are you entirely happy with the government? If not, do you vote to make a change? And if so, do you put your hand to be in a position to implement that change?

Chances are - no.

People are entitled to their opinion. Don't patronise people by denying people their right to be frustrated and look to provide constructive criticism. I've supported this club since day 1, I damn well ain't leaving it, but I'll tell you one thing, no one within the club could be happy with how things are going.

Firstly DMM, I'm not here to create any arguments. But what I am stating is my disappointment in people that's what.

As for you Iafeta, I'm 23. I'm not a yuppie teenager that knows nothing. For the record I'm now living in Australia and when I was in NZ...personally the government is rubbish and the people that voted to keep them in are idiots.
And in case you aren't noticing I'm not talking about the club or it's performances or anything to do with it's managment. That is another discussion all together. My annoyance is fans' attitudes in general. I'm not patronising either but if that's what you think I'm doing don't read anything else I have to say. I'm not saying you have to or should.

agree about luck and evarn starting. they are making impact of the bench and along with price and wiki are carrying the forward pack.

ball control was another problem again. dropped the ball so many times at cruical times.

there was just no real spark at all on attack again. sione, rovelli , fien and hohaia were largely very quiet most of the night.

get luck and evarn starting to spark it up abit at the start and do ball skills training all week.

I posted on another thread that Cleary should have everyone out on the field for training at 6 a.m. on Monday morning, but I was wrong... they should`ve been out there at 6 a.m. today, Easter morning. They need every minute they can get to learn how to play as a team between now and the next game.

RAVS, you are naively fresh. The independence of the NZ government is one reason I hold my head up in this part of the world...

The Warriors have lacked certain things for 2+ years now.

The main ones that bother me are 1) fluency/creativity in attack 2) killer instinct.

It's the killer instinct that really bothers me most. How many breaks can we keep making without finishing them off. When we make a break but don't score directly from it it's almost gauranteed we'll do nothing on the next couple of plays except hit it straight up or go a couple of passes wide and hope for the best. At 14-6 we should have driven the nail into Canberra's coffin but instead we do what we've been doing for 2+ years now, we find ways to let the opposition back into the game. The Warriors have to be the most frustrating team bar none.

Definetly the hardest team in the league to follow.

When are they going to realise they need to stand deep and hit the ball at pace. Too much recieving the ball flat footed doing a shimmy shimmy while the defenes runs up and then gets tackled.

Canberra have the worst defensive record in the comp and we could only put 2 tries on them.

Buckle up everybody it's going to be a long season even though we're only going to make it to round 26.

Did anyone else think that Wairangi Koopu mad a good fist of centre when Ah Van came off? He ran with purpose and scored a nice supporting try. He may be the answer to our centre problems. I don't know why he reverted back to the forwards (after the 2001 season?) as we always seemed to have a surplus of them.
