Siejka, Mara, Laumape, Gubb, Ikahihifo look a level above in the Vulcans. Mara in particular has been absolutely outstanding. Makes the decision to play Taylor at hooker even more head scratching.

They also look very poorly coached, i cant see a gameplan and systems or direction...school teams know better than some of the rubbish the Vulcans are doing.
Yes the team has Warriors players coming and going, but thats no a excuse for not being able to do the basics

The Vulcans are at least following the Warriors game plan (knock-ons, dropped ball, stupid penalties.) It makes the transition to first-grade so much smoother.

Mean pass from Peroux for the last try ....what about Seb Rag Dolling one of their backs for kicking the ball away....geepers you wouldn't want that scene being played out on the footpath in a public street....you could kill someone with that power on Concrete.

They were awful - gave away something like 14 penalties and god knows how many errors. Very poor

Pretty much. They lacked any cohesion at all. I liked Seijka's goal kicking, but other then that and a few nice runs from Laumape and Gubb I didn't see too much to like in that team. Mara was okay, but didn't do enough to push for first grade. The rest were MUD.[DOUBLEPOST=1368248244][/DOUBLEPOST]
That was the highlight of the game imo. Haha

But people who didn't see the game will be calling for half that team to be promoted to first grade if the Warriors loose.
