Inruin's Round 7 Tipping Match Up Snapshots
Sea Eagles v Dragons
Manly were off their game last week against the Sharks. Has the DCE saga affected them or is it the loss of Turbo? Dragons easily took care of the Tino-less Titans at WIN stadium but their try scoring winger is out this week. Manly at 4Pines is the deciding factor.
Sea Eagles 1-12
Bulldogs v Rabbitohs
Doggies are fresh off the bye and welcome back their 5/8 in Burton. A depleted Bunnies side went down to the Cowboys last round but do get some troops back this week. Even with that I think the Dogs will be far too strong.
Bulldogs 13+
Dolphins v Storm
Dolphins have named a settled team and looked better in the last two games, recording comfortable wins over the Titans and the Panthers. The Storm have looked ominous so far this season excluding a blip against the Dragons when missing Hughes. He is the biggest influence on this game, I think. Hughes plays, Storm win.
Storm 13+
Warriors v Broncos
Warriors got blown away last week against the Storm who exposed a fair few short comings in the side. Broncos were poor against the Roosters last week and will be looking to make amends quickly. If
AW makes some pregame switches to the backline we could see a Warriors bounce back. As it stands, if the Warriors run out 1-13 as named, I can see the Broncos exploiting our left edge with
Capewell and
Kosi.
Broncos 1-12
Roosters v Panthers
Roosters were very impressive last week taking care of the Broncos fairly convincingly at Suncorp. Panthers continued their disappointing run of losses, and their defence is a massive concern for them. Mitch Kenny back for them but I just can’t tip them with the form they are showing.
Roosters 1-12
Titans v Raiders
Titans get a host of players back which will back a big difference to the side, particularly Tino, Sami and Jojo. Raiders have been very solid all season so far and are playing a tough style to beat. Titans will be better than last week, but I think the Raiders will be too strong.
Raiders 1-12
Knights v Sharks
Knights haven’t been blown away in games due to their defensive efforts, but their attack has been strangely ineffective thus far. Sharks took care of Manly last week and they should be too strong here as well. Is this the game the Knights do get blown away?
Sharks 1-12
Tigers v Eels
Tigers were clinical enough against the Knights last week, but the Galvin news could be a big distraction. Eels are improving and welcome back Mitch Moses which will make a big difference. Will it be enough though? The second time these two teams have played each other this season and will be a fascinating game. Upset coming?
Eels 1-12
