Anyone know if Prime is going to have the various footyshows on again this season?

Even my non-league loving other half love the footyshow.

There's another thread about this somewhere. prime isn't showing it because TVNZ outbid them for it. Its not on TVNZ's programme listings and I emailed them to see whats happening with it and haven't received a reply

So in other words they brought it so Prime couldn't show it but have no intention of showing it themselves.

TVNZ wont be showing the footy show. It was out rating their Friday night programming so that was the best way to eliminate competition.

The first Footy Show is not till March 19 in Australia and we usually get it a day after them so maybe March 20? But that is a Monday so it could be March 25, the following Friday.

Yeah i used to play for Glenora many moons ago.

Geez i'll be pissed at TVNZ if they don't show the foot show. What about boots and all and the sunday footyshow?

If anyone can actually confirm it`s true that TVNZ bought the footie show just to beat the competition and then trashed it so noone can watch it, I`d say we definitely have enough people here to stuff their e-mailboxes full of complaints... might be a good idea to confirm first, then if it`s true, to start a thread including TVNZ`s e-mail address, and then let them know WE WANT IT BACK!!

I've searched tvnz.co.nz, nzherald.co.nz, looked on wikipedia.org and gone to the official Footy Show website but cannot find any info on the news for New Zealand. All I found out is that the Footy Show will be on at 9.30 tomorrow night in Aus.

I checked all of SKY and Prime's listings for tomorrow, Friday and Saturday and can find no sign of the Footy Show.
