Next home game ?? Rabbits. Not travelling too badly either. Although results are'nt going their way, they could give us a fair slap on the bottom.
And then the big one. The one we just love to run all over. Zee DOGS.
All of a sudden things dont look rosy. In any comp, home advantage is meant to be exactly that. Home ADVANTAGE. !!!
Its about time the tangata whenua stood up and be counted.

I like the three in a row coming up. Raiders away, then the Wabbits and zee dogs at home. GOtta have a great chance of the trifecta.

As often happens to be the case, I was giving my better half my predictions for the latest threads to be posted after yesterday`s game... we weren`t even out of Ericsson`s parking lot when I told her there`d soon be a thread to do with "not being able to win at home". Thanks for not letting me down, DMM, I can`t wait for her to get home from work so I can say "told you so"!! :lol:

You know what - Ericsson is becoming too "Australianised". Fair dinkum, coming to Ericsson should be an "experience". No pre-game cheerleaders, forget it, bring out the big Maori welcome, instead of running through cheerleaders to get onto the ground run through a Maori act with the spears etc., backed up by the polynesian drummers from behind.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, Ericsson (which I understand is only Ericsson for now because they can't find a new ground sponsor for $100K a year) needs to be different and unique to the NRL. You go up to Townsville even and there's those massive hats everywhere, at the Storm they used to ring the bell for Steve Bell, in Auckland, we've forgot our identity.

I'm a pakeha, no ifs, no buts, but damn I'm proud of the multiculturalism of our country, the Europeans, the Maori, the Polynesians, the immigrants, lets focus on our ancestory and turn Ericsson into a cauldron, somewhere you don't dare slip up at.
