Yeah I saw that on Sports Tonight last night. Man he has to have walked under a ladder, broken a mirror, put an umbrella up inside or all of the above. He seems to be having a really bad run of injuries.

bad luck for sonny bill.
you got to wonder tho, whether they start these kids to early ?
they are still actually growing and i doubt they have the physical maturity to handle the strain of nrl.

benji,s another one who suffers.

lets hope he finds his feet again because when healthy he is lethal and would be a great asset for the kiwis for the ANZAC test

here's the official world on it:

From nzherald.co.nz

GOLD COAST - Injury-prone Bulldogs forward Sonny Bill Williams has suffered another setback in his bid to get back on the field in the National Rugby League.

His club issued a short statement this morning saying the 20-year-old Kiwis international will be sidelined for six weeks after scans revealed stress fractures in his foot.

Williams is still on the road to recovery from a serious knee injury suffered last year.

The NRL season starts in less than a month's time, with the first round on March 10-12.

thats funny .....i said the sonny bill papworth comment ,,,then i saw this story on foxsports ....

Bulldogs fans will be hoping Williams is just unlucky, but maybe not as unlucky as Brett Papworth, the rugby union star who changed codes and defected to Sydney Roosters in 1988 but managed to play just five games in five years after breaking a jaw, a knee, and a shoulder.

Papworth believes Williams is just having a bad run.

"Your body gets better and he's only a baby, he's not yet 21 and even some of the worst knee injuries can be rehabilitated," Papworth said

ESP much ? hahahahaha
