damn! He was having a good year. How longs he out for?Broke his leg a few weeks back
Sio Siua Taukeiaho 211m - 37 tackles. So frustrating they let this guy go, he looks like sonny bill when he runs.
He suffered from a lot of knee ACL type injuries and never really got to full health since playing U20 for us. I always liked his game. Good player who put in a shit load of effort. If people knew what he went through to come back from his injuries they would marvel at him. The amount of extras he put in to get back was impressive.Sio Siua Taukeiaho 211m - 37 tackles. He was released by Matt Elliott who told him that he wouldnt be needed here anymore. After he made his debut in Round 26 2013 against the Dragons he was told by Elliott that he'd changed his mind and wanted him to stay. By then it was too late as he had already signed for the Roosters.
He'll only get better and better...
I think it was more the Warriors not being committed to Tuakeiaho, if anything.Tuakeiaho wasn't that committed at the warriors either.
Dont talk shit.Being lazy is what a lot of the Warriors are about Tuakeiaho wasn't that committed at the warriors either.
I've said on this thread a few times it's more getting in with the wrong crowd. Hell myself and a number of mates could say this exact same thing about my home town. This would be a lot of kids around New Zealand with quotes like this who have turned their life around. But before finding football as his salvation, TKO quit playing sport to entertain a life of gangs and crime in New Zealand.
As the Roosters prepare to meet Newcastle at Hunter Stadium today, TKO told The Sunday Telegraph how he almost missed his calling as an NRL player.
“It’s a bit of a ghetto place, Otara. It’s home so I’ll always have a soft spot for it, but it’s easy to find trouble,” he said.
“I wasn’t on the right track to begin with, hanging around with the wrong crowd and doing a lot of stupid stuff on the side.
