General Seating question

Scored some tickets to the game, which is cool but they are for the club lounge. I've never been in there so how does it work?

ummm.... the doorman will tell you all about it, PB. Yep, there is one - wears a suit and reminds me of the concierge staff at the Ritz-Carlton.
