General Rugby League Extravaganza At Ericsson Stadium Tomorrow (Wed)

Potential Vodafone Warriors of the future will be on show tomorrow when the Auckland Rugby League stages a festival of school football at Ericsson Stadium No 2.
The action starts with grand finals for intermediate school boys and girls, the first of them at 11.00am.
From 4.00pm, the focus switches to grand finals action for secondary schools.
The glamour fixture is the Premier First XIII Cup final between St Paul's College B and Otahuhu College.
Everyone is welcome and entry is free.
The full programme is:

11.00 - Under 55kg intermediate girls: Henderson v Papatoetoe
11.45 - Under 55kg intermediate boys: Viscount v Henderson
12.30 - Open weight intermediate girls: Viscount v Henderson
1.15 - Open weight intermediate boys: Tamaki v Kedgley
4.00 - Stephen Kearney Cup: St Paul's (A) v Sir Edmund Hillary
5.15 - Under-15 nine-a-side: St Paul's v Penrose
6.15 - College A: Southern Cross v Aorere
7.30 - St Paul's (B) v Otahuhu College

The last game is going to be a cracker. Im not saying it because My Team/School Otahuhu College is in the final, but because this is the second year in a row that these to team's have played in the finals.

and the 2nd and 3rd best teams in NZ. St Pauls came 2nd and we came 3rd in the Nationals Last Year.

So if you want to see New Zealands best talent get to the Game, it cost $2 to enter.

The Saints to win every one of them finals games and then take out the NZ 2ndary schools competition.

Players to watch are Richmond buldlogs players Francis Ledger (Premiers -stand off/centre), Daniel Palavi (U16 - 2nd Row/ Loose forward) and Taliafoa (Warriors development player - Prop)

The Saints dont have enough skinny guys to play that College A competition (LOL).

Argh Sure, i cant remember what postions they are playing, but i can tell you who is playing and who to look out for.

I Will post it Tomorrow, i will get the team etc i could name it now but it would be pointless because i dont know some of there last names

but i will try my best to give you guys the run down on the players

nope i dont have the team list, and there is none on the net i just checked while looking for new photos the team list but i do have a photo of most of the people who played.


The only people that are missing are Topai Tongia
Atelah, and Jack where Atelah is with the warriors Devolpment squad, Jack who is apart off the warriors Acdemy and Dopai who i think is signed with the sharks, but im not quite sure with all the contracts he has from rugby and League.
