I think we also have to take into account that those lads all grew up playing league from a very young age and Berry (and Vailea) has played less than 30 games of league in his life.Most of the NRL elite players are around the 23-25 age bracket or younger - Cleary, Turbo, Pappy, Murray, Haas, Hynes, Grant, etc. so under 24 isn’t necessarily the issue. Experience is & we clearly lack that with some players, but geez you also want to see them developing into better players each season & it doesn’t appear to be happening enough at the Warriors. Berry looks less and less of an NRL player with every game.
We've got other players like Katoa in a similar boat with a lack of games play compartively.
We're seeing decent progression in the likes of Egan and Chanel Harris-Tavita though.
