Can Johnson retire already? He cost us eight points and bombed two tries.
Eight points? He kicked 0/3 from the sideline. Granted he gifted them 2 points from the penalty but missing kicks from the sideline isn't costing a team points.
Refresh my memory on the two tries? I recall the one that landed at Dallin Watene-Zelezniak's feet that Pompey could of caught had he had kept up with the play. What is the other one you consider he bombed?
-Tohu Harris looks fantastic, great link play and actually making good metres.
- Great game Kosi, played brilliantly tonight
- Aitken leaving at seasons end, if he’s not injured it looks like he has hit that age when you slow down by that half metre.
- Egan looked great at 6, our halves need to copy some of his plays. Actually take the line on to put the D in 2 mines instead of just passing the ball on.
Well done Ed Kosi 👏
Better from the boys. Stacey Jones is obviously having an impact and it was nice to see some cohesion and attack.
Montoya looks like a decent centre. He looks confident on defence. Pompey maybe not so much. I was OK with him getting ruled as playing the ball when he falconed the ball out. If you're stupid enough to put yourself in that position you deserve to lose the ball.
Egan stood out for me. A good effort I thought.
And a shame to see Chanel Harris-Tavita go like that. Hopefully we see him back before season end. If not thanks Chanel. If more of the team tackled and put in the effort like he does we'd be much better off.
Over all a much better performance. Thanks guys
- Aitken leaving at seasons end, if he’s not injured it looks like he has hit that age when you slow down by that half metre.
It will be interesting to see where he plays at the Dolphins. If he moves back to the centres will they persist with him there?

I've wanted him to move back to the centres seeing as we brought him for that role. But speed and agility wise he might be suited a bit closer in now unless they get him to drop a few kilos.
Pretty fair effort from our lads! Can't wait to have more games at home next year.
Yeah I think Webster will unlock our team next year. Can't wait to see how Barnett and Niukore go in our squad. We may be lacking a bit of speed but we will be a much more physical team and I think we will go very well. Metcalf I know a few people think may be a bit over-rated but from what I've seen of his highlights if he's able to play off the bigger edges we've got coming really think we will be able to tire out teams and have much better offloading and tackle busting options. If Frei or Ale or the Kepu twins get up to first grade prop level we won't have to go hunting for another prop too hopefully. Pompey I don't know how he is still in the side he's been very average but still keeps his spot. Be very interesting to see what happens with the Storm players on report as well, NAS should get a few games on the sideline at least goodbye finals for the storm hopefully!!
