I know when I was a kid, I was very good at convincing my mother I was safe and secure when I was out drinking below the age of 16. That is what makes it so much more dangerous. When your parents believe you are not at risk, and you put youself in harms way. Every kid does it at some stage, its just about teaching them responsibility and the self confidence to back out of situations when they start to feel uncomfortable.I have two daughters but they don't go out and get so drunk they can be gang raped - yes, it's abhorrent, but surely the parents of these girls need to step up (if they are under age for sex then they are even more under age for drinking.)
Its the strategic corruption of innocent kids that is the issue, not simply kids having sex. These guys are only out to destroy these girls. It will eventually push one of them over the edge.Easy to get carried away with this. Especially the way the media has portrayed them as rapists. Pretty low to pin the girls names on FB.
People have been getting drunk and rooting for centuries. How the hell you think most of us lost our virginity?
I dont like the arrogant pricks but if shagging a drunk chick is rape then lock me up.
I'll show faith in the justice system to sort them out if there is indeed any substance to the media claims...
Good point...Its the strategic corruption of innocent kids that is the issue, not simply kids having sex. These guys are only out to destroy these girls. It will eventually push one of them over the edge.
Too busy getting drunk themselves or working themselves to death. I dont let my kids go to sleep overs unless its my immediate family. Worlds too fucked with bad influences, fiddlers...I agree - but why is a girl under 16 getting that drunk? Where are the parents?
At home, hoping their daughter is smart enough to say when, but kids will be kids. You can't control every move. I don't know of anyone who wasn't getting shitfaced by 16 years old when I was a kid.I agree - but why is a girl under 16 getting that drunk? Where are the parents?
Nor cellphones and mum was most likely at home to greet us after school...We didn't have Facebook when we were kids.
