I didnt think they deserved to play finals footy but Im still disappointed with the result.

How did we go from a fantastically entertaining game against the Raiders last week to this dud of a performance? Where the hell was the urgency? Where was the spark that was all over the park last week? Seriously, how the fuck can a team go from melting hot to ice cold in the space of 1 week?

Doesn't forgive the disgusting performance though. Manu looked lifeless compared to last week, Lock again poor, Johnson nowhere, MateNO again weak.

WHAT a contrast to last week! FFS! Did the boys *really* want to win? Leuluai's break - where was his support? Manu's break (77th minute) - where was his support? Manners - how many times did you not pass to Konrad when you could have, but just took the tackle instead?

Hard to pick a MoM, but it's Friendy for me. I've no doubt his stats are good, but most importantly, Friendy thinks (maybe): "The last tackle plays are crap! I may as well give it some welly myself!" And - WTF! - it's brilliant!

HM's to Leuluai, who *did* show determination, and Laumape, ditto, whose hit-ups were easily the best.

As much as I hate the loss & the players didn't perform.....I have to put some blame on Matt Elliot...why select a debutant in a do or die game when someone like Charlie Gubb who has won a premiership with Wynnum Manly Seagulls and is mentally stronger....it says to the team...."hey boys we got this, all we have to is turn up"....absolute crap!!!!!! wrong, wrong, wrong!
