I'm supposed to be an upstanding citizen and I've broken every work contract I've signed, this year included.

Yes, but you're only a doctor, saving lives and birthing babies and other medical mundanities - and as such, you are held to a much lower standard than professional sportspeople.

I'd trust Richie McCaw with my life - but not you.

Prostrate exams are now held by having a blood test, so all those kinky doctors are gonna have to find a new excuase to use the finger, u know - "down there"

Without trying to sound like a know-it-all, you can't examine a prostate with a blood test. PSA (prostate specific antigen) is used as a screening test and marker, however I'm afraid there's still only one way to examine the prostate, and yes it's still done.
