General Power Teams.

My workmate has been anti-rugby league ever since I first met the man.
He was shouted a ticket to Origin two and has finally seen the light, for some reason he knows everything about a game he had no time for now.
He came up to me yesterday and presented me with these names on a sheet of paper.
1- Greg Inglis
2- Akuila Uate
3- Jamal Idris
4- Konrad Hurrell
5- Manu Vatuvei
6- John Sutton
7- Mitchell Pearce
He said to me, "' With out shuffling a player around, this is the most powerful backline in the NRL'' from his point of view.
I was pretty impressed with this newby and thought I would share this with our Warrior whanau and see what you would come up with if you cared do something a little different?
With out shuffling or Shuffling them around mixing old school players with modern etc. Even add a powerhouse forward pack would be cool.Should be fun.
I have to many voices running through my head for this. LOL. Nah I just don't want to be embarrassed if you all say my team is dumb compared to my workmate.LOL

1 Greg Inglis
2 Daniel Tupou
3 Steve Matai
4 Konrad Hurrell
5 Jorge Taufua
6 John Sutton
7 Cooper Cronk

Manu's not been consistently at his steam-rolling best for ages now.
Matai is a beast, though I did consider Matt Cooper and Junior Sau.
Cooper Cronk is a very strong runner and can lay a hit on, too.

6. Foran
7. Mullen

Some power runners in the centres that missed out like Loko, Leilua, Hurrell. SBW could slot in at 6 and Foran into 7 but I like Mullen and they way he plays - not as good a tackler as Pearce but better at everything else!

Yeah nice pick of Foran, I forgot all about him. He's another hardass 6. I think SBW misses out as he's currently been playing in the back row through this part of his career. Early SBW would have made my centres at Matai's expense.
