What happened to Pompey, I missed him going off during the game and can't see anything in the media about it. Are we expecting him to be injured for the Tigers? With Curran and Harris both back now I wonder if we'll consider Aitken back in the centres.

Think it was his ribs - There was a moment in the first 10 minutes where he got close to the line but got tackled by 5 different people where I think he picked it up.

We can't unfortunately change the time the game is played. We should steal a tactic off the movie Mystery Alaska where they stretched out the national anthem so the opposition need to wait in the cold. Have a long ceremony about covid and the effect on the side not being able to play at home for 2.5 years so we plant this tree in honour of their sacrifices. Then get some old guy who can barely dig a hole so they end up waiting.

Mind you most of our side aren't used to it either now.

At least with it getting colder the weather is more consistent. I need some painting done at my house along with some building work. A pain in Auckland if you don't get jobs done in summer the weather delays things in winter.

Yea mate, Perth weather is one of the biggest myths going. Its as windy as Wellington, rains most of winter, sure it dont snow and we get about 2 weeks a year of 40°c days bit all in all its not all that different to northern NZ really a lot of the time. Friday/Sat/Sun looking at a min of 7°c.
