Wow, we only play the Sea Eagles, Rabbits and Roosters once this year.
Tough run home from round 20 on so will need to be well in the top eight before then.

and the Storm only once as well. Can't use the excuse we played the top teams more than the bottom teams next season. IMO its a pretty good draw. Concerns around not getting to Mt Smart until June though.

Um...increasingly worried. Still looking for a real good thing - oh yeah, the 3 game home stretch.

Bad:
No Storm here.

Getting the broncos coming to akl backing up from Origin 2 should be a gimme, but two byes and 3 teams with not many origin reps (exceptions G.Bird, D.Boyd, J.Hayne), means no big origin advantage this year.

I think we've got a pretty damn good draw all things considered. The Mt Smart lovers will hate that the first time they get to the Warriors at Mt Smart is half way through the season :/

This is definitely a year we should be targetting a high placing finish.

start of the season looks pretty tough, alot of away games, 7 of the first 13, 9 if you count wellington and hamilton

But come on boys ! you want that ring you need to aim for top 4, no longer top 8

I have always said the key to consistency in the NRL is a good consistent schedule. The Broncos for example always get Fridays games and rarely take a home game away from Suncorp.

The Warriors play at 15 stadiums this season... including playing in Perth after a 13 week stretch of no breaks and on a short week! Boy, they really don't want the Warriors to win a game in Perth...

Really, we have nothing to complain about with this draw. If the Warriors can't make the top 8 in 2014 then somebody shoot me... not literally of course
