You can pick you team prior to the draft but it's best to be present because obviously some/most of the players you actually want will be snapped up by other teams and then it will just select the next player you want from your list that's available.
Yes though out the year you can swap out players and replace them with other players if available. Sometimes teams drop a elite player because of injury and I always like to pick them up for when they are fit again.
You can pick up any player who isn't drafted to a team.
Yes you do need to fill a whole team with the positions available, you can't just pick a team full of one position.
It's seriously a good game and it kinda feels like you are a real coach because you can't just pick a team full of elite players because obviously other teams will want elite players to. So basically you will get a few elite players, a few pretty average players and a few middle of the pack players.
I like it because there's no salary cap to worry about and unlimited player swaps, if a player is available you can have them. Nice and simple.

The interesting thing for me is that unlike Fantasy Premier League, Fantasy NRL doesn’t limit the number of players you can pick from one team. Which lends itself to some at best serious lack of common sense when it comes to team selection or at worst total lack as your previous decisions and the fact you can only make 2 changes per round box you into a pretty shitty corner…

Yeah I've never played either but I think it looks interesting.
I posted a few months back about a good show on Disney called The League, which follows a bunch of guys doing an NFL fantasy league, would love to get up to some of those shenanigans

I was trawling through Supercoach yesterday (as I do for hours every day) and noticed that Zyon Mauiu and Javob Laban have been added to the game. Does that mean they have 30 man contracts?
Because other contracts can't play for the first 10 rounds... Or does Supercoach not care if you stuff up and put one in your team?
Personally, I'm steering clear of Warriors fowards until I can figure out the roles and rotation minutes. Tohu Harris's new role scares me, he may just distribute like Radley and Jurbo. He may be Webby's Yeo, the glue guy who seals up all the holes.

Got a couple correct already. Young T got 43 priced at 22 with a -24 breakeven and Jordan Grant got 31 priced at 17 (250k).
I went Loiero instead of Stimson for a similar price and he got 45. priced at 26-27.
Roosters Terrell May played well in the trials with a high PPM of .93 and seems to be the only other prop now E. Butcher has gone to 2md row.
Collins 47mina and Lodge was 43 min and ageing Jared to come back, but he's probably good for 35 mins and 32 pts??? at 271k, priced at 19pts.

Hope you all had Hopgood in ur team. 83 is an absolute monster score for someone worth 450k
VCed him. Should've had the guts to captain him like I was considering. Could be the best player in Fantasy if Matterson goes to an edge.
But I had Murryy down for 71pts because that's what he averaged last year with Latrell playing.
Should have picked Paulo based on those long trial minutes. Worst mistake was, 10 minutes before kickoff, I subbed Carty out for Doorey and he ended up playing all 84mins. Cost me 27pts and he was in my loop slot so would have scored 57!!!! Aaargh! Already on the rollercoaster...
