Bit disappointed with the loss cause that's got to be the worst Roosters team I've seen in a very long time. Feel like they were prime for the taking.

The loss of Addin Fonua-Blake can't be understated and highlights the lack of alternatives we have.

Roosters fitness was well ahead of ours and it showed. We were headless and struggling to get back in line as they charged down the field.

The sooner we get Justin Morgan to fuck off with his defensive strategy the better. Why he has the centre/wing jamming in so far everytime they are isolated man on man is just baffling. How many times this season have we seen them in no man's land because they charged out of the line.

Anyway. Get used to it guys. This is the reality of our season despite the rose tints out there believing otherwise...

Ah well any illusions of grandeur should well n truly be put to bed, we'll be fighting for mid table.

I know our strength is our pack but 2 sets attacking the line of 1 out hit ups will do me. Egan's good at bringing players on the ball but he shouldnt be 80, we need someone who can throw a different shape out.

Liked Bunty......thats about it.

Monty saying on Sky that the boys put in the effort but didn’t execute. I call bullish!t that was some weak ass sauce out there tonight. Roosters had a game plan and they didn’t blow us off the park - they just put in the effort and did the extras and little things. What the f**k was our plan? I definitely think this is a test of Browns mana. He needs to drop both our shit wings and try something different with the back 3.

Mud attack... clunky, too predictable and too easy to defend. We have had soo many back to back to back sets on the opposite teams line so far this season and more often than not don’t even look remotely like scoring.

Soft defence. Too much sitting back and watching and arm grabbing.

Our outside backs are slow and shit and can’t defend any attack thrown at them.

Oh, are people waking up to Egan yet? Has to be the slowest passer in the game. Love to see the stats on how many times he goes to his favoured left to right side.

At the very least tackle please...
He’s not an 80min player. He’s not committing to tackles to preserve energy. He’ll often hang back so he doesn’t have to make first contact, meaning easy metres.
His passing is always good to start and then drops off the more minutes he plays.

Sign a bench hooker POS ffs.

Pretty much showed where we are at and highlighted all our issues.

Lacking speed, urgency, intent and smarts in our outside backs.

Lacking creativity and footy smarts particularly in the opposition 20

Lacking shape and structure versus a well drilled, experienced team.

We scored two tries from kicks. They ran in several.

The difference between playing a top 4 team with no players left on the bench last week and this week a top 4 team with even amount of interchange players.

We are potentially a sneak in to 8th spot team.

Had visitors so didn't get to watch the game but had it on the tv with no sound. Seemed the Roosters were getting 6 again at will. Was that actually the game or just my in and out viewing?
Yep the Roosters had all the six again calls up until well into the second half... all we got was 'milking... milking' and It wasn't until when the game was far gone that we got a couple go our way.
But in the wash up, we just gave away too much cheap possession ...
