Burr straight into the starting lineup epitomises the reserve grade vanilla ball that Kearney seems to favour at all costs.

Interesting that Papali'i is a casualty of last week's loss

I'd like all 4 reserves in the 17 personally - Paasi for Burr, CHT for Green, Papali'i to tidy things up on defence for perhaps Murchie, and Hiku for anyone in that back line

Taumalolo in the reserves for a possible start

Even Seibold has opted to pick Ben Te'o who has been totally out of the game and practiced once with the Broncos.

You can bet that the Cowboys didnt have any plans to play Fidow as early as round 5 even with non reserve grade games, but who wouldnt put a 19 year old speedster against our slugs

Finally getting value for money from Blair in probably the only role you could achieve that as a specialist prop and Kearney moves him back into that hybrid lock/prop where he's showed zero effectiveness.......classic Kearney.

Also that backline........seen more threatning cardigans.

Apart from the obvious (to everyone except Kearney) of putting Herbert back to centre, depressingly probably couldnt've done much else.....then again tho, this is the house that Kearney built.

Just saw the team list.

Now is the time to bring in players like Turner, Berry & co. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Instead SK continues to steer the HMS Warrior towards the looming iceberg. It’s going to be a long year.
