To be fair, CNK was not physically ready for FG until this season. Now he is, he is STRONG. Able to get offloads away and stand in the tackle, which seemed to be a weakness, when he was the agile whippet that first arrived at the Warriors.CNK had a very shakey first game.
A slightly above average second game.
Two excellent games.
Moral of the story other teams give our youth a fair shot, the Warriors are a closed shop that can't identify pathways that work.
I think the Warriors can take a lot of credit for his success this year. It is good that he got a chance to impress at his prime, even at another club. As good as he has been, he would not have a place here other than reserves. The Raiders also have a game plan to have him heavily involved in the attacking line, a bit like RTS last week. A modern fullback has a lot of opportunities to impress with that plan. In all honesty I'm not sure he will stay in the limelight for long. Outside backs come and they go. So often it is a flash in the pan sort of career.
