Mate some people only care about the position finish at the end of the season.

In doing so they miss the point, the reason the Storm are there every year and not just here and there like the rest, it's the standards they set from round one.

There was a mad stat from Seibold, something about the Storm not having lost their opener since 2002.

That can only be a process thing over that kind of period under various coaches and players
Compare that to our poor round 1 record. It does show that the clubs aim to fix our starts to the season is the right thing to do so we're not playing catch up.

Second half was a lil shit but storm so good. If they get their execution more on point they will be flying.

Dislike both clubs but my storm 1-12 looks good!
A bit too much fawning over the Broncs this year particularly across the ditch.
they'll come good at some point but i get the feeling a few of those young lads have been reading their own headlines

They’ve only ever lost their opening match twice in their entire history apparently

Will be interesting to see how seibold changes things up without a dynamic hooker such as Cook sniping out of dummy half. With the potential in that pack McCullough is the weak link.

Eff the Broncs, who cares ;)

I actually thought the Storm got lucky at the start with a couple of plays that lead to quick tries. As always if these hadnt come off how much better would the broncos have fought. I'm not sure the Storm were as dominant as some people saw it. But yea the Broncos are a work in progress and the Storm are a well rounded machine

Awesome game.
So much ball in play.
B Smith job is to run hard at someone and ducking hurt them. Love the tactics.
A.Vete seems to have completely dropped off the radar

yup NRL is back - first game of the round and my multis are dead....
Same here...nothing more annoying than having to put another multi after the first game

The Storm were only ok, as soon as their starting forwards went off they turned to shit with 1 up hit ups like everyone else. I never understood all the big talk about the Broncs and tonight showed signs that I may be right
