Commentators talking about how fit the Panthers are...have to agree they look as fit as our lot...cant wait till that clash.

Tigers Penrith....maybe the Dragons (untested).

These teams look fit early on.

JFH has such a great motor on him. Great work ethic and still only 22. Loves the physical stuff and has a natural ageession to game.

Having watched The Cows and Souths games this year, JT and GI look like yesterday’s men.
I’m sure both still have the ability to pull one of there arse, but after 5 rounds both are looking
very average. ( I expect a declaration of war by the state of QLD)

JT just looks like he as aged sooo much since his injury. Almost liked he should've retired last year maybe? Great player of the game and all but just seems really past it imo

Just a wee note on the titans game - like the look of their forward Jai Arrow - tough and strong and good go forward. Pretty sure he is a queenslander so could be a bolter for their squad this year - not sure if he was already in the mix anyway.

Yeah he was being talked up quite a bit, Titans starting to benefit a bit from the “Broncs that got away”

Panthers winning again even without Cleary. As soon as he got hurt I was bummed as a Blues supporter. But then my mind switched to when do we play them first. Knowing we have very few soft games this year, this being our hardest draw I think we have had, Id hoped the Panthers game could convert to being a little less hard. But hes due back the same week, the question is will the Blues play him or will he play NRL. He will misss game 1. But its said he was the number 1 choice for 7. So still possible they may not play Cleary against us.

Either way I hope his come back is good as he is the best 7 to come into the game in years. He has all the running and vision of Johnson and the team skills and kicking skills of Cronk.

Watching a segment on weekend wrap with James Maloney- can he complete a sentence without 3 “ya knows” in there? Really distracting

We haven't had a good one of those for a long time. It's quite disorientating a rugby league field its not like all of your team are on side and all of the opposition on another or anything.

Mind you I nearly did this myself once after getting thrown around in a tackle. Luckily Martin Bella did it pretty recently so I had that pictured in my mind and was happy for a slow play the ball and less embarrassment.

He's going to be on a few highlight reels in the years to come.
