Currently in Ireland and had to watch a play-by-play.

I refuse to do that ever again. What a headfuck....

we needed a grind like that right before the finals. we got lucky with some of the raiders tries.

but man it feels good to be back in the finals!

Could finish as high as 5th by the end of the round, but could also stay on 8th. Exciting weekend coming up.

Can’t remember the bearded referees name but I’d like to buy him a beer and share the phattest spliff with the dude.

I know some are bagging the refs (as usual), but I thought they were pretty good. Got the No Tries right and pulled up forward passes and play the balls. Things that would usually go against the warriors.

I'm happy with a scrappy win, but not if it comes at the cost of RTS/Luke/Mannering.

A little bit ugly, but I'm super fucking happy with that win.

We may have been dusty at times, with some silly errors. But we also had flashes of absolute brilliance and above all, we were gritty. Make no mistake, I feel like we've already won a finals game based off the atmosphere of that game. If the Tigers 'gave up' last night, the Raiders seemed determined to prove a point tonight.

While there are a lot of things to critique about that game, but ultimately we iced it fairly easily with those penalty goals. I know, I know, SJ missed two early on, but I'm just very happy with their game management and how determined they were to win.

That was a bit shambolic I thought, the "curse of the big occasion" strikes again - but at least this time we won!

Hung in there. But Jazz not feeding it to a 6 on 1 overlap and Katas in goal funk made that a lot harder than it should have been.

Worth noting Canberra bear both Souths and Easts in the past two weeks so their form was good.

Thought Paasi was immense for us.

Might as well give us the premiership trophy now. The other teams have no chance.

Hope Manners and RTS are kapai.

Bring on week 1 of finals!

I agree. There was some fantastic defence in that game when we were pinning them in a corner. The metres we were making through the middle third was also fantastic and I think showed (through injuries) what a balanced bench rotation can provide.

Hopefully it’s a case of shaking out some nerves before next week

Thought the score flattered the raiders tbh and make no mistake- that was a good raiders side, with a full squad, nothing to lose, a little bit of luck and conditions that suited them- I'll take that win.
Perfect lead into the finals really ( providing juju and RTS injuries aren't too bad).
Passi is fearless and SJ was brilliant again.

Would rather a gruelling hard win than a easy one (Can get too cocky with a easy win ) Hope the injuries ain’t too bad .Just such a bummer that we didn’t bloody win by 6 .:):)
