Part of me wants Blair playing left edge this weekend, so he's right there and can slap Kata on the back of the head every time the stumpy one gets greedy.

Reactions: Old Sid
The last time Fusitua scored was a hattrick with Beale as his centre. It's no coincidence he hasn't scored since Harris has been injured.
FTR, Beale forward pass= no try, then Harris and Beale had nothing to do with Davids tries apart from Harris with a block run 20m in for Davids 2nd try, they were all Bully n Shaun Johnson, plus Davids linebreak in the middle to set up Shaun Johnson.

Hiku is the superior attacker and runs much better lines, Beale the stronger defender but only marginally IMO, he has some shocking misses too, fucking hard position to get right defensively, combinations make a difference.

With Hiku it seems to be dexterity that is his problem, he isn't shy to hit and can tackle quite well when he gets his read right, its just some of his reads are shockers, I believe he would unlock Ken and his defence would be much better on the left.

Harris will make a difference to Davids try scoring but not as much as people think.

Pearce has passed the fitness tests

"Mitchell Pearce has come out the other side of intense rehabilitation on a cork to his thigh and will line up in his milestone match at halfback."

Two upsides to this for the Warriors.

1) Most importantly it means we won't go to sleep against them like we did against Titans and Penrith.
2) He will be carrying this injury and if so won't be as mobile as he normally is.

Dear Mr. Blair, please take note of this interesting piece of information. ;). Mr Pearce normally stands around the same area as Mr Knightingale was at the end of last weeks game....
Just saying....

Big chance for the Warriors to leapfrog teams above them if they can pull off not only a win, but a good win as well. Sharks are playing the Storm, a loss for them is on the cards especially as it's now officially the Billy Slater farewell tour and the Storm wanna see him off with a strong finish to the regular season. If the Warriors can score 9 or more points than what the Broncos score (assuming a Broncos win over the Cowboys) and the Sharkies lose, the Warriors move into 6th. Of course, we'd love to see a Broncos loss as well. Gotta love this time of the year when all the calculators come out if the Warriors are in the hunt for a playoff position.

Yeap, except the last time I got this excited we got flogged by the Titans!!!

Got to keep my optimistic excitement under wraps!

His leg looked absolutely fucked in the last round against the Tigers. He was staggering around. I seriously doubt he is back to full mobility and agility.

Yeah, or that he will "trust" it and take the line on much himself. This may be to our advantage they are playing an 80% percent fit player.

Why are they rushing him back anyway so desperately.

Because he has passed his physical test and the only indication he’s not fully fit is a rumour made up by a forum member in this thread a few posts back?

Haha, Touche'
But there is more than that indication. There is also the fact he didn't train all week and only joined team workouts for the captains' run (Which he passed)
