Not exactly an indepth or professional one, but it pinpoints all of Leulai's kicks.

From having seen the test a couple more times, he only kicks 5 times. The first four are long kicks and the last one short.

I've actually given marks out of 10. The first I gave 7.5 out of 10, it was caught on the 10 metre line on the full. The second 7 out of 10, this one caught on the 15m line on the full. The third 7.5/10 this time only 2 metres out caught on the full. The fourth 5.5/10, caught on the full 10m out. The fifth was a grubber which I gave a mark of 7, this was gathered 1m out.

For me it was the better general defence and attack of the Aussie pack that won them the game. The repeat sets that they were able to achieve by their pack putting Johns or Lockyer in a position whereby the could put angled grubber kicks into the goal area did obviously help them to fatigue our forwards, therefore resulting in the tries scored in the last 10 minutes.

Yes, one could assume this from watching the game the first time, but it's good to watch it again to confirm what went on.

Does having Johns in the side help give the forwards extra confidence because they trust him to deliver ? I think that is a factor. It shouldn't be but it seems to be the case.

As Ricky Stuart said he's never seen a guy who can raise the training session by 25%, by 5% yeah he said but not 25%.

Johns's kicks in the first 60 mins, I couldn't watch it after that point were as follows. There were 6. The first after 4 minutes, 7 out of 10, caught on the full. The second after 8 mins, 9.5 out of 10, bounced, gathered 15m out. The third 4 out of 10, too long, 20m restart. The fourth after 15 mins, 9.5/10. The fifth 8/10, caught on the fulland the sixth after 41 mins 8/10, caught on the full 15m out.

Home advantage was a factor, and we didn't have our first team out as we all know.

All the things that is said about the halves owning the game, and they're the ones who guide the team around the park, well I think that's exagerated. IMO it's the forwards who really own the game. Without that go forward from the pack the halves can't do much to help.

Of the other kicks out of the hand(I didn't watch the last 15 mins as I said earlier) Webb had one good one and one that was charged down but regathered by us. Marshall had two good kicks and one was tapped by Tahu for Williams to score.

I don't think the ref was to blame, Australia were just all round better on the night.

It will get better in Oct/November.
