Not really.
Most of training comes down to genetics and if you make it in the world of strength training then the majority comes down to that.
In terms of training, there isn't much seperating the worlds strongest.
For example, bodybuilders would train probably exactly the same all year. You can't do more training than someone else due to overtraining. Roids helps this problem but then when you have two people on roids you are back to square one.
Fact is, Webby has amazing genetics.
You could train your chest all you like but your not going to hit numbers like that.
