I'm a big NBA fan, the Suns are my favourite team but I also like the Celtics as two of my favourite players in KG and Ray Allen play there along with dudes like Rondo.
Really hope the Celtics get past the Hawks and get a chance at revenge against the Heat, but they will need Paul Pierce healthy to have a chance there as he will match up with Lebron.
I've got either the Spurs or OKC coming out of the West but imo its pretty wide open, I think both the Lakers and the Clipps have legitimate shots too.
Westbrook is already re-signed. Ibaka and Harden on the other hand will be a challenge.
I'm a Mavs fan from back when Steve Nash was a Mav, so last year was great, good on OKC this year though, they are playing very well.
Yeah Ibaka and Harden are two of the better young players in the league, if OKC can somehow keep that core of KD, Westy, Harden and Ibaka then they will be sick. Ibaka does not play enough minutes imo and when I see games where he has played 20 mins it leaves me scratching my head.
Does anyone follow it at all?
I've been a diehard Pistons fan since they won their championship in '04, still keep up with their games even though they're pretty average these days.
Watching the playoffs at the moment has been nothing special but once it is culled down to the few contenders it should be good.
Got a really nice piece in Monroe to build around, plus Knight looks ok too if he develops and Stuckey is still young and really played well in the 2nd half of the season. You just need to find some other younger pieces in the draft and you will be moving in the right direction. If you could fiind a way to offload BG and CV and their horrible contracts that would be ideal.
