General Marshall assaulted at hotel

Injured Wests Tigers superstar Benji Marshall was assualted at an Australian hotel on Tuesday.

Marshall, who is recovering from a fractured cheekbone, was at a Coffs Harbour bar after watching his brother play in the New South Wales touch football championship.

He was punched in the head and knocked to the ground in the early morning assualt, but did not suffer any injuries. The incident is still being investigated.
