I think dmm made a comment last night that this forum has gone dead. Its dead today as well. And probably because of last night. But lets not sulk over the bad, this season is still alive and i still believe(many of u probably wont and thats fine) that the warriors are still in this comp!!! So cmon lets get behind the boys. Sure theyr frustrating i mean they play so well 1 week and then they have a match losing first half last nyt(THEY WON THE 2nd HALF) but isnt there unpredictability why we love them!?

I`ve been listening to Cleary saying over and over again that this is a re-building year... new players, young players still learning the ropes, new coach, too... Ivan`s no idiot by any means and I agree we just have to ride this roller coaster out until the ride smooths itself out and we`re coasting through the tunnel of love. As in LOVING THAT PREMIERESHIP!!

Be careful what you ask for, though... championships are addictive. The Patriots have won 3 of them in recent years and anything less than repeating the same majic every year becomes a disappointment. Things are looking up for us Warriors fans `cause that`s the only way they CAN go... enjoy the ride, Kids. Barf bags are available at the ticket counter for those with a weak stomach. ; ))

To be honest we have had far to many rebuilding years. It's time we had a team again that does more than rebuild or promise.

Yes I do love their unpredictabitly. Other teams are flat out boring! I know the true blue blokes, the hard out fans are upset and disappointed, but take it from the young ones. You just got to look on the bright side and have some fun! Getting to the rainbow at the end will happen.

I guess everybody is disappointed with the teams perfoprmance, hence the quietness,Wff. Its human nature really. I am very disappointed in their performance. I look more toward Ivan as I do toward the team. The appearance from the outside is that, while we can see what Ivan is trying to achieve as a coach, as a motivator, his skills seem to be lacking.
That is where its up to each individual, to make sure they are mentally prepared for whats ahead. Surely staring across at the opposition, would be motivation enough to get them all primed up.
That is where we are lagging. Those top two inches.

42 years of hard times from the time the Patriots played their first game and the day they won it all... it will happen for the Warriors, and I`ll bet it won`t anywhere even close to that long a time.
I`m not badmouthing Cleary yet... it`s too early for that, although I`ve been saying all along that this team needs to train harder than they seem to have been doing and learn how to execute consistently as a TEAM.

It's as a motivator that Ivan needs to be working. He has John Ackland there as a technical coach and talent spotter and lets face it there are none better in these roles than John soooo that leaves Ivan to motivate. Isn't doing to well at present.

Different generations do have different outlooks on life, Maybe because we are closer to the old Grim Reaper maybe we are more cynical or some such thing !


I know that the X generation thinks in the NOW and not tomorrow or yesterday. So their thoughts will always be different , AND THAT is not a bad thing either!

Makes for interesting reading and comments.
