Can't argue their points too much. If Chanel Harris-Tavita kicks on again next year he'll likely have to do what is best for the team and play dummy half.

Kodi still has a lot of talent, including speed off the mark. The trouble is you cannot fly like an eagle if you mix with turkeys, and by that I mean the whole club from top to bottom right now...with a couple of exceptions.

Attack was pretty shit this year. It would of been a lot worse if he didn't arrive. He hasn't shown the pace he had early in his career. Not sure if that is due to injuries, being marked better, the positional change or not getting the platform to work off. The last one he won't get much of a platform here with our lack of grunt up front.
I'm a fun of the guy. But can see him being stuck between two positions. I'd love to see us pick up a few forwards to see him either causing havoc from dummy half or from half back. If we keep Eagan, Roache and Lawton we have enough depth there so he is likely to be looked at as a half. Hopefully the coach selects the halves on merit as Green, Nokorima and Chanel Harris-Tavita would give us some competition for the two spots.
I find it about the most accurate piece of media on the Warriors in years. He either needs to go from nothing to being able to execute plays the 7 calls, plus RUN ball in both hands, draw the extra player, pass, to get the overlap for Fusitua etc, he cant kick and never will learn. Either all that or they better sign a better 5/8th soon and shop him, the same with Wade at hooker.
We need red zone penetration, cant do that with out a quality 7 and 6, you cant steal metres, get offside marker penalties and score barge over tries without a quality hooker.
As usual George talking sht "All In" and not replacing like for like players if hes going to keep releasing our best players. Boy CNK really made Boy George look like a Mug lost at sea in the world of Rugby League. NFI
There is the problem. He doesnt have half the skills required for 7, he has no game management skills as much as he wanted to be "the man" for Bronx, he doesnt have a kicking game. At 5/8th hes pretty meh every game. At least Shaun Johnson when he wasnt creating magic and everyone said MIA, he was still performing the key functions of a 6. run, draw, pass, overlap on the wing, executing set plays as CALLED by the 7, not ignoring them like Kodi does.
That is why he was a bench warmer for the broncos and George after asking Shaun Johnson to test the market got made a fool of when he left, much like when he released another super start in CNK, he has not replaced like for like with the players he released and Kodi was simply an OH F moment I just made a booboo, lets sign someone, anyone, so we paid major overs for Kodi.
So if he doesnt perform within the first quarter of the year, which I cant see happening as if you dont have the skills they just dont pop like magic, then we play our other 6s and shop Kodi
I disagree we would have been worse off without Kodi. It was Greens injury that caused the knee jerk reaction, because guess what, Boy George had released all the halves including our best one and CNK who can play half along with Lino etc.
So we had Harris, a second rower, playing 7 and Chanel Harris-Tavita at 6. Instead we should have played Chanel Harris-Tavita at 7 and ourI ISP 6 Hayze Perham, and we would have won 2 of the 4 games we lost that Chanel Harris-Tavita nearly won for us, the Bunnies game we were up 14 points 10 mins to go and lost, blame the rest of the teams defense, the Storm game we had 4 mins to play but the ref called an absolute howler right in front of the posts on Papalii for crowding when he gave the player 1m to play the ball, yet you see people still holding onto players all year and dont get called.
So no, Kodi was not needed. What we needed was a quality CEO, for Shaun Johnson to be in the team and CNK to be playing at Centre and we would have possiblye made the 4 coming off our 2018 run.

You do know Cameron George is the CEO right? He is not the recruitment officer, head of football, coach or assistant coach. His role in signing players is probably limited to asking those others if they support any decision to get a player and making sure there is enough money to pay for them
Anyway the jury is still out on Kodi for me but bench utility would be my pick.
But back on track = Hayze obviously has some special skills, Roger has FB sewn up so I would be playing him at Centre or 5/8. Pick one and make him make it his own, no moving him round to fit a team.

Yeah we definitely know that, the problem is George doesnt seem to.
