This game is pivotal to our season, neither team are at full strength and are close on the ladder. It definitely a need to win for both teams otherwise the remaining of the season is very challenging.
The time for excuses is over, it just needs to be completed on the field. No brain explosions' from Jazz and the rest of the team good completion rate required and expansive football at the appropriate times.
Warriors 12 and under but expect an arm wrestle.

If it is heavy rain as predicted then it is a cruel time for them to have Pearce return. With him and their forwards they have what they need to enact a game plan that could make this a torrid, difficult match-up.

At least Best is gone who was the difference between the two sides last time.

I hate Ben Murdoch-Masila moving to the middle. Love him as an edge player and I don't like that the solution is weakening another area to strengthen a different weak area.
Katoa, Siro and Murchie have all been average this year. Why use them when we can have an edge of Ben Murdoch-Masila, Curran and Tohu Harris who shares 13 with Jazz

Yeah I was thinking Walsh's quick, light feet would be a weapon too in the conditions, but he is a bit of a Sam Tomkins for ending arse over foot.

Oh for Hohaia. The forward platform of Price, Mutts, Rapira and Packer followed by Lance ripping teams to shreds at the end of games was a blueprint for many a soggy Mt Smart afternoon.
