The club might have got away with pulling some players from the Māori team last season but I can't see Addin Fonua-Blake being told what to do or Brownie/CG even trying to stop him representing Tonga

Pretty sure Tonga are still tier 2. So Staggs can play both Tonga and NSW if selected. He just can't choose to play for Tonga vs the Kiwis and swap to Aus for the RLWC.
