Kiwis offered chance to be Aussies
May 3, 2006
NEW Zealanders are being offered free tickets to the Anzac Test in Brisbane on Friday night – if they swear allegiance to Australia.
In the wake of New Zealand-born Brisbane fullback Karmichael Hunt's selection for Australia, a Brisbane radio station has offered Kiwis a chance to show their true colours.
B105 said today it would give away 10 double tickets for the Suncorp Stadium Test to New Zealanders who pledge allegiance to Australia.
B105 breakfast host Mike Van Acker has called on Kiwis to attend a mass allegiance ceremony at the stadium forecourt at 7am on Friday morning.

"Finally the Kiwis among us have the chance to come over from the dark side and show us their green and gold, just as Hunt has," Van Acker said today.
