QUEENSLAND have suffered an injury scare ahead of State of Origin II in Sydney on Wednesday night, with giant back rower Jesbass falling out of bed.
The 122kg South Sydney forward turned up at the Morons' first official training session at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast on Thursday with his head wrapped in bandages.
The team's media manager Frank Barrett told reporters Jesbass injured his head after falling out of his bed during the night.
Jesbass trained without too much discomfort as the Queenslanders ran through some ball drills under the watchful eye of coach Mal Meninga.
The good news for Queensland was the late arrival of starting front-rower Matt Scott who had been spending time with his ill mother Diane, who is battling throat cancer.

Scott, however did not want to discuss his personal family issues.
Tackling machine Ashley Harrison, who entered camp on Tuesday with a groin injury, was also a welcome sight at Queensland's first training outing. :D:D:D

Haha, just saw this. Hilarious when the news broke, though, and that he was still bandaged up when he played SOO II. I reckon that head knock must have affected his decision making a bit, too!
