We've got 10 season tickets and they'll only be 2 of us there today. Friends who have season tickets are in similar positions as they're gutted with the performance this year.

I'm not going ($$$) but still looking forward to it as much as any other game.

Go the Warriors.

Wow thats dissapointing, but hard to argue considering the lack of performance this year. Some of these jokers should be returning some of there contract money. Thinking out loud I wonder if they only got paid on performance how the season would have panned out.

Your friends made a huge mistake jumping on the band wagon of last years results. If your a true Warriors fan you go regardless of the results. Going during the 1999 - 2000 seasons was hard to swallow, same goes for the 2009 season as well. But I'll definately be going as I always have. The one thing that keeps me going is the memories of past games, seasons, players... Beats staying home too because you know your just going to watch on it Telly! And you never know, they may dick them by 100 points? (or get dicked!!!!).

I think you're reffering to the wrong set of fans. Since 1995 I've been a season ticket holder for 80% of that time. We've also had the same season tickets for the past 5 years so we're not Johnny come lately fans

I'm heading to the match in a few mins. I reckon we'll win but make it look like hard work.
Guessing there will be a crowd of around 12k or less.
Like everyone else though, I'm finding it difficult to get excited about this match.

could understand if you were thinking about buying tickets for the game but you've already paid for season tickets! use them.

I think this will be the first season in a few years that I haven't been to a Warriors game. A bit sad.

Ive been a season member since 1995 for the whole time and its times like this that the team really needs us. Just ignore me dude, Im a real die hard fan and it I hate it when so called loyal fans only support them when theyre winning. Anyway, Im off to catch the U20's. See you there....

Bro there's a difference in "only supporting them when they're winning" and going to a game after they've dropped TWO 18 POINT LEADS and then been belted by 40 twice all in a row. Not going sends a message that those kind of shitty performances aren't going to fly. I don't live in Auckland, but I can't say I'd be rushing out to this game if i did. Attendances matter. It's the only way fans really have to force change.

A few of my mates who are season ticket holders aren't going again, and aren't renewing

I went 'cos of my season ticket but unlike the last two games where at looked like at least one team wanted to win, I wish I hadn't really today.

Both teams were piss poor. Completion rates were probably appalling, defence was garbage....Not a good way to spend 80M. The Sharks v Rabbitohs game didn't look any great shakes either, but at least I'd MySkyed it so I could fast forward through it.

Just returned and heaps of people had the same thoughts as us. Alot of the season ticket holders around us did not bother to turn up and they are hard out fans. There weren't 11,000 people there

it looked like there was a serious number of yellow seats where the members sit on the east side

That is where we sit. I know many season ticket holders who won't renew in season 2013. The club has to take action and engage with all season ticket holders this week.

Does the club realise that hard out season ticket holders who pay $$$$ each year are seriously pissed off?
