Eggs used to have a Bad rap..
Too much Cholesterol stay away from them or have 1 or 2 a week
When I was at uni studying Biology, we had to dissect a Chicken.
I was put off eggs for months afterwards.
Opening up the chickens gut, one could see the egg yolks that had not developed into a egg.
But Eggs are now seen as very good for ones diet..
They contain many Vitamins incl:
Vitamin D which Humans need if they spend to much time inside
and Selenium which New Zealand soils lack. Selenium is a rare element in NZ , but is very important for the body.

I have started eating 3 to 4 eggs a day. They fill you up , And I always perform well at work after eating eggs.
And I do not mean a egg in a sausage & egg McDonalds Mc Muffin..they are crap.
Do you guys eat eggs ..if not they are pretty awesome.
