General Halftime Thoughts?

Thoughts on the first half? I feel the scoreline doesn't truly reflect the game, we have just made mistakes at the wrong time. Pleased for Mannering though, he's played well.

Poor mistakes, poor refereeing.

Both their tries off ordinary refereeing decisions. If Penrith weren't offside from a knock on for their first try, I'm not here. If Stapleton doesn't drop the ball due to a good tackle from Hohaia, I'm not here. Cummins can jam his whistle where the sun don't shine.

Otherwise, very poor mistakes - dropped ball at kick off was inexcusable. No one working in behind Manu Vatuvei for the drop out, just tardy play. This team so far has not turned up to play in general.

I hope Cleary is giving them a massive rark up at halftime.

Ah Van's dropped pill, Ropo's two drops, Vatuvei having no cover from the drop kick, Faumuina's woeful dropped pill, Louis Anderson's bone headed double movement for personal glory, Rapira's sloppy play of the ball, Wiki's dumb dumb penalty - it's a team that looks too confident, not realistic, taking their opponents too lightly and in the frame of mind that says Penrith to get their 7th win against us on the trot.

This is completely unacceptable football. Completion rate is awful given the form we were in.
