Anyone Following the spring carnival in Melbourne? Who do we fancy in the Cox Plate tomorrow? I'm thinking Gai Waterhouse wins her first Cox Plate tomorrow with Aligator Blood.

Yeah mate I will be watching it closely.
I get a form guide directly from Cairon Mahers stable and sometimes they are great and sometimes they are not.
Can send you tomorrow morning if you are interested

Cheers mate I would love that! I was following Dan O'sullivan for a while but I couldn't formulate a berting plan. Would like to revisit it again some Stage.

Do you have any tips for betting strategies?

The best advice I was given was
" To end up with a Million dollars from betting start out with 2 Million "

Choose 4 “sure thing” place bets in 4 races

Stake whatever you choose on the first
Place winnings all up on choice 2
Place winnings all up on choice 3
Take original stake out and place remainder on choice 4

Stake $10
Race 1 $10 on $2 shot return $20
Race 2 $20 on $2 shot returns $40
Race 3 $40 on $2 shot returns $80
Bank original stake
Race 4 $70 on $2 shot returns $140

I use to use a formula for betting
1) couldn't have won last start
2) the horse had to have run in the last 21 days
3) it had to have finished within 2 lengths of the winner
4) must be racing with in 100 mtrs of last race start
5) must be same weight jockey or less
6) only put Bet on the nose(to win)

I started with $10 and got it up over $2000, by betting 10% of the bank
It paid for my wife's engagement ring and towards the wedding reception.
