I'm sure most of us expected the Warriors to really struggle this season, but I think Ivan has achieved more then what a average fan would of predicted prior to the season, in a season which was suppose to be a rebuilding one, the Warriors exceeded most expectitions by producing a fairly solid season which would of seen the boys in the top 8 if it wasn't for the salary cap stinker.

Yeah agree with you mate. Cleary has done an awesome job. This was his first year as a head coach but boy his composure and everything has been awesome!!!

He has done exceedingly well with such a young squad. His first foray as a head coach at first grade level is impressive. And as of last night, he is the second equal most successful Warriors coach going by winning percentage - 50%! :lol:

I'd say the jury is still largely out on him as a coach as of yet. Granted he has done a very good job with what he's had to work with, but it's only been a season. I think if the warriors continue the way they're going and get a little better and make the 8..then that'll be a very big step in the right direction. But yeah, everything else aside, I can't really think of anyone else I'd rather at the helm..

he has taken the team from a slump, turned them around, signed new young talent and the biggest thing has taught the warriors how too win. we dont give silly penalties away anymore.we dont drop the ball anymore,we play safety football now.

Cleary`s doing a great job of turning this team into future contenders... Vatuvei doesn`t drop the ball, Mix, he`d have to actually have his HANDS on it first before he can drop it.

He has really been a good coach this year, with all the incidents that have gone on during the season, but next year will test his true mettle.

We will start on a clean slate with no salary cap deductions (touch wood) and a few new players in key positions. That will be a true test of his coaching ability.
