They need to try and build off the success of the Catalans Dragons somehow and hopefully this will work towards that. Southern France loves RL.

Pity Toulouse hasn't been able to build it's self into the ESL as was the long term plan. But things are looking a lot better over there with playing numbers and crowds on the up and from the outside in they have several TV companies wanting to broadcast league over there. From what i've learned from reading the French forums with the help of a translator the French reckon they have some top class talent coming through from the junior grades that they say will make the national team a lot stronger.
The biggest thing for the French RL is stop the French RU taking the talented juniors.

Hope it works out. A great opportunity for NZ players to play in. The South of France is a better place to live in than the North of England!

I'm not so sure. Yes they have the weather and such, but it's full of French people.
HA HA HA spoken liek a true proud Englishmen (assume Lanchasiremen in your case)
