1. These rules maybe cited as the Warriors Forum Rules, 2006.
Part 1
Preliminary provisions
These rules maybe amended from time to time and by accepting the Terms of Service when registering you agree to the terms listed in these rules and the amendments to follow.
2. Purpose of these rules
The purpose of these rules is to draw a set of guidelines for the members of this forum to ensure that everyone here and co-exist without any problems. These rules:
(a) establishes what users are permitted and are not permitted to do in this forum and
Any breach would therefore require:
(b) Punishment which is consistent and free of bias:
(c) A fair trial for the member who recieves a notice for a breach of the rules.

3. Respect for all members
(1)No member shall disrespect any other members on this board, disrespect can be defined as:
(a) Abusing a member because of his opinions.
(b) Abusing a member because of his race or religion.
(c) Abusing a member because of his position be it a junior member, senior junior member, moderator or administrator.
(2)In a case of a breach of section 3 (1) a member shall be:
(a) Issued a warning by a moderator or administrator only, and only then:
(b) banned for a minimum of 1 day and maximum period of 6 months.
(c) discretion by an administrator to ban a member permanently if and only if section 3 (2) a has been satisfied.
4. Respect for the forum and site
(1) No member shall disrespect the forum and site, disrespect can be defined as:
(a) Posting material which are discriminatory to the site. Discriminatory is defined in this context as abuse towards the contemt contained on the site or related towards any person with authority related to the site.
(b) Posting material which constitutes Defamation defined by the
(c) Posting pornographical images.
(d) Posting copyrighted images without the permission of the author.
(2) In the case of a breach of section 4 (1) a member shall be:
(a) Issued a warning by a moderator or administrator only, and only then:
(b) banned for a minimum of 1 day and maximum period of 6 months.
(c) discretion by an administrator to ban a member permanently if and only if section 4 (2)a has been satisfied.
5. General nuisance
(1) No member shall become a nuisance to the forum or members of the forum, nuisance defined in this context as:
(a) Posting spam.
(b) Posts containing abusing content towards the Warriors, the players and management.
(c) Posting immature content.
(2) In the case of a breach of section 5 (1) a member shall be:
(a) Issued a warning by a moderator and administrator only.
5. Questioning rules and other member
(1) If you have a question regarding:
(a) If the rules are fair.
(b) If they were used correctly
(c) If a certain member is breaking the rules, and either
(i) getting away with it
(ii) not being banned
You may contact the Administrator DJ with proof and we will look into the problem.
