New Zealand Warriors five-eighth Sione Faumuina is one of a number of players who will front up the the NRL judiciary after just one round of the competition.
Faumuina was charged with a dangerous high tackle in the Warriors 22-16 loss to the Melbourne Storm on Sunday.
Faumuina will be sidelined for two weeks with an early guilty plea or three matches if he unsuccessfully contests the charge.
It hasn't taken long for rugged Sydney Roosters prop Adrian Morley to find his way back in front of the judiciary either.
Morley has been charged with a grade three careless high tackle for his hit on South Sydney halfback Ben Walker. Morley faces a two-week suspension if he enters an early guilty plea, but will be out for three NRL matches if he contests the charge and is found guilty.
In other judiciary news, Wests Tigers backrower Anthony Laffranchi will miss suspension if he enters an early guilty plea to a dangerous throw charge from the season opener against St George Illawarra on Friday.
Meanwhile, Bulldogs forward Nate Myles faces a week on the sidelines after being charged with a dangerous throw.
