What makes a thread worthy of staying on this site or is controlled by a bunch of snotty wankers who pick and choose whatever they want to read. This is the 2nd time a thread ive started has been removed and not over time but within the hour. If you dont want people to post a new thread, get rid of the damn button

Your thread contained an article that was barely worth reading, contained no talking points, and you yourself didn't create anything discussion worthy. With the team lists to come out tomorrow, your thread wasn't going to do anything other than draw the kind of spam responses it did e.g "I hate the broncos..." etc etc

As for your first thread sent there a few weeks ago, well that was a joke. You started a thread in the middle of the Panthers game claiming it was our 3rd loss in a row, in a game that the Warriors went on to win. It was nothing short of ridiculous.

No it doesn't have more talking points, and that thread should and will be moved to the social forum. The reason it hasn't been yet is because I wanted to give it a bit of time to be seen in the recent threads section for those ppl that live in that area (as social forum threads do not come up in 'recent threads').

I have no problem with your article, but it doesn't need it's own thread. There was nothing new in the article, no talking points. Hence it was probably best advertised in a status, or post it tomorrow in the preview thread that comes out every Tuesday like clockwork once the teams are announced. If we had a new thread for every new article the place would be overrun.

Noone is trying to control what you say, but we can and will control the number of new threads etc.

Is there a reason why if a thread is moved to Retardoland that we aren't allowed to respond to the posts in there? I mean just because you think something belongs in retardoland doesnt mean everyone else does and there may be users of this forum that wish to contribute to retardoland threads or even like the posts. Just putting it out there.

Well no we're not trying to censor everything. You can take whatever stance you want on any subject you want, noone will stop you.

I understand the reasoning for the article, but the problem is with the teamlist thread....we will essentially end up with 2 threads talking about the same thing. People start posting the exact same thing in 2 or more threads. It's just trying to streamline discussion. Also, no offence to the article, but it didn't really create anything to talk about. Good article to slot in as part of a teamlist/preview thread as part of the overall build-up, just not as a standalone thread.

I think its because retardoland quality posts are looked down on, most of it is just stuff irrelevant to the original topic, swearing, trolling or just your general Inruin, Iago and Fanrrior discussions.
