General Disgraceful!!!

Not the warriors but some of you people on this site. Man im sick of hearin all this heckling towards the warriors. Two weeks ago we lost to da doggies and there were people saying our seasons over!! And now after last nights performance against da dragons there are people saying they r going to support otha teams and that we are the laughing stock of the nrl. But so wat if we r da laughing stock, supportin the warriors is wat i do and i no that with 15 games left we can still make sumthing of this season. maybe not make da top 8 but at least prove to all u unfaithful people that this team can play and they aint no lauging stock. I no they arent playin 2 good at the moment but cmon!!!!

Is there any otha faithful people that can back me up here?????

But if the dude has had enough and lord knows that 10 seasons of heart aches is enough for anyone, there is no reason to have ago at him!

As much as i hate to say it but there are less and less of us Warriors supporters around now.....why would that be i wonder?

were free to state our opinion on what we think, if ur sick of reading it about it than dont read it. were just stating our opinions and thoughts just like ur saying that u think the warriors can make something of this season, we arent criticizing youre opinions, if ur not interested in some tthings people have to say its not that hard to just click the back button on ur browser and read another thread.

Everyone is entitled to there own opinion and to change ther mind, BUT a loyal fan and a true fan is somebody who sticks by there team. Sure we have had a many of low points and only a few high points but hey there the team we love.
Look at the Rabbitohs supporters, The Burrow, They have had very little to cheer about but they turn up rain hail or shine because that is ther TEAM.
I have been a Warriors supporter since day one. I remember Dean Bell Leading them on to Ericsson stadium.
Sorry about rambaling on so I will get to the point.
Wheather we are coming first or fighting for the Wooden Spoon a true supporter, a true fan would stick by there team.
The Warriors they are my team and they have my support.

I mean last night was very disappointing, and its fair enough that people will have negative opinions the game and the team, because we lost to a team missing 9 of their first grade players. I myself, am very frustrated with how they played because that game was there for the taking. But at the end of the day we're still here, we're still supporting them, we'll still watch them play next week, and the week after that, and the week after that. I just dont think that to call yourself a 'true fan' you have to have your head in the clouds and pretend they are going well because they're not at the moment. But it doesnt mean that you dont support them anymore - it's because we care that we criticise!

I think you missed my point. I am not saying you are not a true fan if you offer criticisms and give your opinion. I think if you turn your back on a club because they are struggling or not performing then i think your loyalty as a fan can be questioned.

Well then, I definently agree with you there. Nothing like having your team have a few bad seasons to see who are the bandwagon fans. Just ask Souths! I tell you, anyone that supports Souths has my complete admiration. That is what you call a true fan!

Before choosing to support the Warriors as a new fan and buying season tickets for the first time this year, I knew they`ve never had much of a winning history, and so joined in as a fan not expecting much and realizing that it`ll be a while before anyone calls the Warriors a great team.
No expectations from them, only patience and hopes for the future. I`ve got plenty of years to watch and wait, so that`s what I`ll do... they`ll get there eventually.

Yes, it is very frustrating, watching your team play every week and see them lose so many close games, but, I will still watch them and support them no matter how good or bad they play. After a loss, I always come in here to read what everyone has to say, sometimes I agree, sometimes I don't, the worst thing for me is every monday morning when I have to go to work and listen to my work colleagues give me crap about how they play, and I always stick up for them, no matter what, even if they do play bad. I'll be here to the bitter end, keeping the faith, no matter what. Why? cause thats "OUR TEAM"

Yea this is better to read positive comments. dont get me wrong u guys are aloud your opinions and some of them are fair. but people sayin we are the laughing stock i mean souths aint won a game yet. all im trying to say is we r all hurting from the results of the warriors at the moment but dont go and support other teams like some of you are saying stick with the warriors theyll come through eventually. Yup me for sure. I may be bald and fingernail-less after watching some of their performances but I'm happy to wear a wig and acrylics!!!!

Hey Trev I didn't know that you had any thoughts . I thought that your thoughts were actually heart beats !!

What everyone AND I MEAN EVERYONE seems to have forgotton is the fact that we actually would have been in 9th place on 8 points and just outside the 8 if the NRL had not been money hungry and taken away the 4 points. We are the only team on zero differential and all the other teams that have a postive diff are the top 8 teams. SO THERE IS SOME POSITIVITY FOR ALL YOU FAIR WEATHER FANS.

We are actually doing quite well this year, and can still make the top 8. Anything can and will happen this year. The form book means actually bugger all.

As the banner Phantom had as his avatar last year stated " I believe do you ?"

I've always loved watching the Warriros. Always have always will. But just so some of the newbies know I do happen to support a few other clubs at the same time. But that by no means says I don't watch the Warriros as much. They are still my number 1 team and have been for a while. Watching them is part of the excitment and part of the tormet. I know it sounds bad but win or lose they always make me smile.

Yes everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But I agree with warriorfaithful. There have been a few people on here (am not nameing names) whose comments can be a bit much. But they say what they feel, they vent their anger and do all that. I guess for those of us who want to stay positibe have to ignore it and move on.

Another thing I always notice with some members on the fourm. Quite a few are still living in the past.

Ok, don't yell at me for saying that but it's true.

People that can't handle some of the bagging (I admit I didn't like it because some of you will recall my thread I started after the Raiders game) probably need to understand the way of life of the Warriors fans. I mean the fans like DMM, Iafeta and co. They have definitely been through alot more than some of us.ie the younger generation will have ever known.

Ps Dmm, no one is trying to tell you what to say or post. I think what warrirosfaithful is trying to say (I hope I get this right) is they don't sometimes understand why some people do it. Why peole constantly go on the negative attack.
