Jack Gibson is looking down from heaven and laughing. Harold Holt will probably come back from his late night swim before Cronulla's first premiership.

I kind of liked Cronulla when they had Nikau and Ettinghausen but there's just something ugly about them in how they play - and now the off-field stuff makes them even less likable. I'll still back them in certain games if them winning helps the Warriors but I'm certainly not hoping they win the Premiership.

Their fans get a bad rap from ours who have attended games there.

I've found the online version of their fans real helpful in terms of answering a request for ratings on Chad Townsend so from that point of view I have no issues with the fans I've dealt with , they've been great.
Feel a bit sorry for the good an reasonable people who live in an area and support any given club if the club goes dodge on them....
I have a mate who was an AFL player ( no league background what so ever ) who gravitated towards the Sharks and has been a loyal supporter of them and the Crows since he retired from the Victorian Aussie Rules comp.......pre Gallen and all the ASADA shyte as well.......they were a real popular soft spot / underdog team for a lot of sports fans ( me included ).

Shame and a disgrace what is happening there if True.

I've read their threads and there has been a lot of head in the sand / support the club and some conspiracy thinking about the way they have been treated by the NRL / ASADA / the Labor Govt etc.....

I can't imagine how it will be for those folk if the bank account stuff proves more dirty sht ......I mean what would we do were there rogues running the Warriors ? ( to a level beyond anything we have seen with our historical blips on the radar )

TBH, I have a sneaking suspicion that they arent the only ones with secret accounts. Apparently Gallen was getting paid $150K on the sly from a security company that lost the contract to Shark park and then ran crying to the media. You have the Storms huge salary cap rort that was only found out because of an insider tip. You cant tell me that none of these players didnt know that it wasnt all above board?

Anyway, just having a little sook over our mediocre roster...
